Job :
Directly reporting to the Senior Manager of the Marketing, Communication, and Customer Relations Division, you are responsible for the consistency, relevance, and impact of the messages broadcast by the company, both internally and externally. You embody the voice of the organization, ensure the enhancement of its image, and actively contribute to mobilizing teams around common values and objectives.
Responsibilities
Design and implement the internal and external communication strategy.
Ensure editorial consistency across all channels and oversee compliance with the graphic charter and communication tone.
Centralize the narrative around the company's values and vision.
Manage press relations and write press releases and press kits.
Design and implement communication plans for events, partnerships, and CSR actions.
Optimize the visibility and return on investment of communication initiatives.
Create and manage internal communication materials (newsletter, intranet, etc.).
Disseminate company news and successes to strengthen the sense of belonging.
Facilitate the flow of strategic and operational information within the company.
Conduct sector and competitor monitoring to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop crisis management plans and handle sensitive communications.
Enhance the company's image with its audiences and optimize the visibility of its initiatives.
Propose proactive actions to seize communication opportunities.

Required profile :
Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+3/4/5) in communication, journalism, or equivalent
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
Excellent writing and synthesis skills
Proficiency in communication tools and digital platforms
Knowledge of company issues and crisis communication
Ability to design multi-channel communication plans
Good listening skills, diplomacy, and collaborative spirit
