Job :

• Ensure daily monitoring of tender platforms (public and private) relevant to the company's target markets.
• Identify and analyze opportunities based on technical, administrative, and financial criteria.
• Prepare and assemble application files (administrative and technical) in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.
• Draft, verify, and consolidate the administrative documents required for each bid, ensuring their perfect compliance.
• Coordinate internal validation of technical and administrative elements before submission.
• Guarantee the quality, compliance, and completeness of submitted files within the given deadlines.
• Monitor the procedure up to the contracting stage, in liaison with internal teams and potential partners.
 




Required profile :

Profile sought:
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Business Administration, Law, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• One (1) full year of successful experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
• Good knowledge of public and private market procurement procedures.
