Job :
Reporting to the Test Equipment Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the functional test equipment (FCT) used in production. Your role is key to ensuring the quality of tested products, the continuity of production, and technical support for field teams.
Your main responsibilities:
- Assure preventive and corrective maintenance of test equipment in production.
- Diagnose electronic, mechanical, or software failures on equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and follow up on test incidents until resolution.
- Ensure software and hardware updates.
- Analyze root causes and propose improvement actions to make equipment more reliable.
- Ensure the updating of technical documents (maintenance plans, intervention histories, test reports).
- Collaborate with Methods, Industrialization, NPI, and R&D departments for upgrades or new installations.
- Ensure document tracking: intervention reports, maintenance plan, performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, FPY).
Required profile :
- Engineer in electronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or industrial IT.
- Minimum 2 years of experience desired in maintenance / development of test equipment / similar role.
- Knowledge of functional test and instrumentation systems (NI LabVIEW/TestStand, CVI...).
- Proficiency with measurement instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply...).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical / electronic schematics.
- Basic knowledge of test script programming (LabVIEW, Python, C/C#...).
- Knowledge of communication interfaces (CAN, RS232, Ethernet, ...).
