Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in construction, infrastructure, and civil works

  
  

• Promote ready-mix, precast, and special concrete solutions

  
  

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts

  
  

• Achieve sales volume, margin, and growth targets

  
  

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing

  
  

Technical Support

• Advise clients on concrete mix designs, applications, and performance requirements

  
  

• Support engineers, contractors, and consultants during project design and execution

  
  

• Assist with project specifications and approvals

  
  

• Investigate technical issues (workability, strength, setting, durability, cracking, etc.)

  
  

• Coordinate with quality control and production teams

  
  

Project & Customer Support

• Follow up projects from order to delivery

  
  

• Resolve site issues and customer complaints

  
  

• Conduct site visits to monitor concrete placement and performance

  
  

• Provide training and product presentations to clients

  
  

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with production, logistics, and quality departments

  
  

• Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated

  
  

• Provide market feedback to management

  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field

  
  

• 3–5 years of experience in concrete, construction materials, or technical sales

  
  

• Strong knowledge of concrete technology and construction practices

  
  

• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications

  
  

• Valid driver’s license
