Interacts and initiates regular dialogue with the Markets, including senior market contacts and accounts are difficult, and uses decision making for internal resolution/redirection in order to secure the collection of outstanding balances and to resolve issues related to payment and collection.


Delivers achievement of personal cash processing and targets, including the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the dashboard and other system tools and reports in order to assist in achievement of overall Collection targets.


Assists in management of assigned team level reporting and activities in order to manage the resolution of related issues.


Presents technical claim/premium processing and fiduciary information that is difficult but not complex, for management and senior leadership with proposals on how the issues can be resolved to mitigate fiduciary exposures.


Assesses detailed information on collection/remittance process for Request for Proposal (RFP) and sales opportunities in order to drive business growth.


Collaborates with peers on difficult or contentious reinsurance developments and supports and provides training, mentoring and guidance within the team for all aspects of reinsurance fiduciary processing to help increase the efficiency of the team and develop team resources.


Directs individuals to provide inputs for the evolution of the operational model at all levels of the organization to promote new process improvement ideas that leverage technology solutions, including designing systems to manage tasks effectively and in a timely manner in order to adhere to Sevice Level Agreements (SLAs).


Establishes, and improves relationships with Brokers, Clients and Markets to understand issues, in order to resolve problems and queries review working practices.
