Project Management Officer (PMO)



Job Description:



Ensure efficient and consistent project management within the company by providing support to project teams and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Missions:



Project portfolio management Implementation of methodologies and processes Support to project teams Development of reporting and communication Risk and change management

Tasks:



•Project portfolio management:



– Identify, assess, and prioritize projects based on the company’s strategic objectives.
– Monitor project progress and ensure their alignment with requirements and deadlines.

• Implementation of methodologies and processes:



– Define and implement suitable project management methodologies.
– Establish monitoring and reporting processes to ensure transparent management of projects.

• Support to project teams :



– Provide support to project managers in terms of planning, monitoring, and problem-solving.
– Organize training sessions for teams on best project management practices.

Reporting and communication:



– Develop regular reports on project progress for the management-
– Facilitate communication between project teams and internal and external stakeholders.

Risk and change management :



– Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
– Manage change requests and assess their impact on projects.

Commitments



Collaborate effectively with one’s own department as well as other departments. Obligation to respect deadlines, to work by priority, and within the timelines determined by the hierarchy. Ensure the quality of one’s performance and work in general. Maintain impeccable behavior and respectful relationships towards all employees. Strictly adhere to a general obligation of discretion and confidentiality, in this sense, no information concerning one’s duties or department should be disclosed, shared, or communicated.

Required Skills :



Proven experience in project management and/or in a similar role within a PMO. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.). In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications :



University degree in project management, business management, or a related field.
