Position Overview: 


We have an opening for an HR Coordinator who will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in the Human Resources area.You will facilitate day-to-day HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and contributing to interview processes.


Main Missions :



  • Assist daily meetings with multi-disciplinary team & Ops meetings.                                                                                                                      

  • Manage disciplinary actions & follow up.                                                                                                                      

  • Participate & advice on hiring Direct / indirect                                                                                                                           

  • Assist SIOP and insure direct hiring plan or HC flexibility accordingly                                                                                                            

  • Assist & lead the evaluation of direct & indirect HC and participate in internal promotions                                                                                                                 

  • Keep close relationship with Employees Representatives & ensure good social climate                                                                                                                       

  • Manage Transportation/Canteen/ Social offices to be in desired standard & Control relative invoices                                                                                                           

  • Manage and coordinate Medical Service, Insurance registration & claims.                                                                                                                  

  • Treat all time attendance requests & modification on daily basis and according to procedure,                                                                                                         

  • Set & Follow up Action Plan to Ensure HR KPI according to target in area of responsibility                                                                                                                 

  • Prepare necessary documentation and Follow up litigation cases with the lawyer                                                                                                                 

  • Prepare and deliver all administrative documents: work certificates, salary domiciliation, …                                                                                                             

  • Responsible over T&A                                                                                                                           

  • Register new hires and ensure follow up (direct& indirect)                                                                                                              

  • Prepare and print work contracts : Indirect & Directs & Salaried                                                                                                                  

  • In charge to build and control administrative files for all HC (Verify and update all necessary documents)                                                                                                                  

  • Reception and distribution of HR dep office furniture’s, and requests in term of purchasing                                                                                                             

  • Set & Follow up Action Plan to Ensure HR KPI according to target in area of responsibility                                                                                                                 

  • Ensure SAP update of EDM   

To be successful for this role :



  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.

  • 5 years of prior human resources experience.

  • Ability to multi-task in dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of the operational characteristics, services, and activities of a comprehensive human resources program as needed to assist in setting and achieving departmental goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Language Skills:



  • Good communication skills in both French and English
