Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Director. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing Director's schedule, coordinating appointments and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and assisting with various personal and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events as required.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
  • Assist with personal errands, such as grocery shopping, banking, and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Liaise with external contacts, including clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, on behalf of Director.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and provide general support to Director as required.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
  • UAE driving licence and experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to anticipate needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
