Job Title: Project Manager (Project Engineer)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Working Days: Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays (or as per project site requirements)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in the Façade industry within the GCC region. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with project leaders to ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities include initiating, planning, monitoring, controlling, and supervising all project requirements, including engineering processes, project schedules, procurement, fabrication, and installation, from inception to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction works to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Prepare scheduled updates on construction activities, including analysis of required manpower and equipment.
• Actively involve in physical construction and monitor the progress of works.
• Coordinate and supervise laborers, installation sub-contractors, and materials.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, project database oversight, and provide regular reports to supervisors to keep them informed of job progress, plans, and potential issues affecting costs and schedules.
• Control the quality of pre-installation and finished works.
• Enforce company occupational health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Maintain and ensure all installation drawings contain sufficient information before issuing sets to subcontractors and/or site supervisors.
• Record and maintain all project submissions, correspondence, and drawings.
• Perform other job-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in the Façade industry in the GCC.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices.
