About The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily functions that are at the core of the business locally. You will be working closely with the country team where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics, including city KPI analysis, helping with new city launches, and looking for opportunities to improve city performance.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Finding resolutions and responding to driver issues and questions both in-person and over email promptly
- Supporting the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality and compliance
- Managing operations reports and tasks on a daily basis
- Analyzing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality, and utilization metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers
- Creating and optimizing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations.
- Advising and closely collaborating with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency
- Developing the market intel analysis.
About you:
- You have 0-3 years of experience in a project management/analytical position
- You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisions
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
- You have a hands-on work style, eager to make a direct impact
- You have excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
- You can proactively address potential issues
- You can thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
