Engineer to join its office in
Tunisia within the International Infrastructure & Mobility Division.
Mission
As This role focuses on providing, to various public and private clients, advice and technical solutions on various projects linked mainly to the agriculture, agribusiness and rural economy sectors. The position is based in Tunis with the possibility of occasional travel to other African countries.
Key Accountabilities
The candidate intervenes in projects linked to public strategy, support for the private sector, social, economic and transport infrastructure, urban and territorial planning, etc. He/She will join the team of the economic studies and consulting department of RINA in Tunisia.
Job Responsibilities
- Depending on the size of the project, may be responsible for all or part of the project; May be responsible for internal staff and external consultants on the project; Interact with clients and colleagues to achieve project objectives; Able to discuss and define customer requirements; reflect a clear understanding of well-written technical reports and proposals.
- Write deliverables
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals; Evaluate customer needs and translate them into action plans and new solutions. From the initial design phase through completion, she/he manages project deadlines and supervises all developments; Plan a technical solution
- Manage the financial and administrative aspects of projects
- Participation in the preparation of expressions of interest and offers
- Ensure that all assigned activities are carried out in accordance with RINA's quality system.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Able to work in a team and lead a multidisciplinary team
- Good command of French and English languages

- Engineering degree in agroeconomics and/or rural economy or similar.

Master’s Degree in Engineering General or Economics
