Position Responsibilities
- Providing support to program management and assisting with troubleshooting, updates work plans, and ensuring effective implementation of program activities
- Supporting coordination of logistics and facilitation of project workshops and events in communities in the governorates of Ariana, Ben Arous, Mannouba, Zaghouan and Tunis.
- Communicating regularly and collaborating closely with the selected local partners in the governorates on the implementation of project activities
- Engaging and maintaining positive and strong relationships with community stakeholders
- Monitoring the implementation of grantee activities, including conducting site visits
- Maintaining accurate and complete files of grants documentation
- Tracking performance against project timelines, budget, objectives, and deliverables
- Supports the implementation of Rapid Response Activities in the governorates of Ben Arous and Tunis.
- Maintaining accurate and complete files of grants documentation Coordinating the provision of technical assistance by relevant technical experts to grantees
- Support grants close-out processes
- Communicating and coordinating as needed with other members of the project team
- Providing inputs to, and ensuring, delivery of high-quality deliverables to clients.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the CPSM and DCOP or his/her designee
- Respect and abide by all the internal regulations of FHI 360 platform office
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Administration, International Development, International Business, Management, Public Administration or a related field
- A minimum of three years’ relevant professional experience on international development programs and/or work in the civil society sector of Tunisia and/or other countries
- Experience managing relevant programs in the target communities, such as youth development and/or community engagement/mobilization programs in Ariana, Ben Arous, Mannouba, Zaghouan and Tunis.
- Experience with design and management of civil society grants programs preferred
- Familiarity with international development donors’, particularly USAID, programs, rules and regulations highly desired
- Ability to work effectively with local partners and stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in French and/or Arabic;
