Roles & Responsibilities

Perform remote installations of user environments and associated software for clients. Prepare and configure hardware and software for client workstations. Perform remote troubleshooting and provide technical support to resolve issues. Ensure the maintenance and updating of user environments to keep them in optimal condition. Respond to customer inquiries and provide advice on product usage. Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and the knowledge base. Ensure compliance with security protocols on client networks. Document installation processes and contribute to the improvement of procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mastery of French

Advanced technical knowledge, particularly concerning the management of Microsoft Azure environments and messaging technologies

Proven experience with remote installation software and tools

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

You are customer-oriented and committed to providing exceptional service.

Technical diploma in IT or a related field (preferred)

Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
