تحت الإشراف العام لفي مكتب المنظمة الدولية للهجرة بتونس ورئيس المهمة ومدير المشروع وتحت الإشراف المباشر لمسؤول الحماية، سيساعد المرشح الناجح في توفير الاستقبال والتوجيه والإحالة والمساعدة للمهاجرين المعرضين للخطر.
المرشح المثالي المتوقع
- درجة البكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي أو الصحة أو علم النفس أو مجال ذي صلة من مؤسسة أكاديمية معتمدة مع خبرة مهنية ذات صلة تبلغ سنتين أو شهادة المدرسة الثانوية في الحقول المذكورة أعلاه مع خبرة مهنية ذات صلة تبلغ أربع سنوات. الجامعات المعتمدة هي تلك المدرجة في قاعدة بيانات التعليم العالي العالمية لليونسكو.
- خبرة مثبتة في مجال المساعدة للمهاجرين و/أو الأنشطة الإنسانية التي تستهدف الأفراد المعرضين للخطر.
- الخبرة مع السلطات الحكومية والأمم المتحدة و/أو مؤسسات وطنية/دولية أخرى.
- الخبرة في العمل مع منظمات غير حكومية تعتبر ميزة.
- معرفة بقضايا تونس والإقليمية في مجال الهجرة والصحة وتعد ميزة مميزة.
- مهارات صياغة جيدة واتصال شفهي واضح.
- معرفة قوية بتطبيقات الحاسوب، خاصة MS Word وExcel وOutlook وAccess.
- إتقان اللغة الفرنسية مطلوب (شفوياً وكتابة).
- معرفة عملية بالعربية والإنجليزية.
- لغات IOM الرسمية هي الإنجليزية والفرنسية والإسبانية.

إجراء مقابلات فحص مع المهاجرين لفهم حالتهم وتقييم vulnerability لديهم، وتحديد احتياجاتهم الخاصة وتحديد أهلية حصولهم على مساعدة من IOM؛

Applications are welcome from internal and external candidates. Under the overall supervision of the IOM Tunisia Chief of Mission and of the Project Manager and the direct supervision of the Protection Officer, the successful candidate will support with the provision of reception, orientation, referral and assistance to vulnerable migrants.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Social Work, Health, Psychology or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience or High School degree in the above fields with four years of relevant professional experience. Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database .
- Proven experience in the field of assistance to migrants and / or humanitarian activities targeting vulnerable individuals.
- Experience with governmental authorities, the UN and / or other national/international institutions.
- Experience in working with non-governmental organizations is an asset.
- Knowledge of Tunisia and regional issues in the thematic area of migration and health is a distinct advantage.
- Good drafting skills and clear oral communication.
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
- Fluency in french is required (oral and written).
- Working knowledge of Arabic and English.
- IOM s official languages are English, French and Spanish.
- Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.

Carry out screening interviews with migrants to understand and assess their vulnerability, identify their specific needs and determinate their eligibility for IOM assistance;
Refer eligible beneficiaries, including unaccompanied migrant children, victims of trafficking, medical cases, and other vulnerable migrants, for available services (medical, psychosocial, assisted voluntary return and reintegration, legal assistance) as per the needs identified and within the limits of resources available;
Assist IOM beneficiaries through provision of information on the services available for migrants in Tunisia, including through individual counseling sessions as well as distribution of information sheets, leaflets/brochures regarding social or medical services in Tunisia;
Provide individualized and group orientation and support migrants through referrals to services available, including social services, medical assistance and legal services;
Follow-up with IOM partners responsible for provision of assistance provided through referral;
Support the process of case management to identify the short, medium and long-term solutions for every migrant assisted;
Support in the preparation and submission of financial documents in relation with direct assistance to vulnerable migrants.
Assist to the planning and implementation of outreach activities, including the identification and assistance to beneficiaries in IOM supported shelters and other, in case of urgency also outside office hours.
Compile case reports and maintain case files for each beneficiary assisted and prepare statistical reports as requested, while adhering to IOM data protection standards; and using the existing IOM data base platform
Maintain a professional and neutral behavior, as well as empathy with migrants;
Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
