Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, safety, and service throughout the hotel by overseeing housekeeping operations and maintaining guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Four Seasons standards and policies.

What you will do

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in achieving departmental goals, service excellence, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Monitor housekeeping team performance and provide guidance, training, and support to maintain high service standards.
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the ultimate comfort, cleanliness, and safety of all guests.
• Ensure all guest requests and concerns are handled promptly, efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist in managing departmental schedules, staffing requirements, inventories, and housekeeping supplies.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

3-5 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, health and safety regulations, and luxury hospitality service standards.

Strong leadership, guest service, and team management skills.
