Main Mission The Microsoft Systems & Infrastructure Engineer provides level 2 support on server infrastructures, Microsoft systems, virtualized environments and associated network components. It handles complex and critical incidents (P1/P2), performs in-depth diagnostics, identifies the root causes of malfunctions and implements corrective actions or workarounds necessary to restore service. As a true technical expert, he acts as an interface between L1 teams, field maintenance staff and L3 experts.
