Activities
Transport Management System:
- Implementation and maintenance of the Transport Management System (SMT).
- Steering of Group SMT audits (preparation, coordination with intervening functions).
- Ensure interim for the Transport Manager within the scope of delegations assigned to him.
- Participates in the monthly AF Transport meeting.
- Leads transport reviews and ensures compliance with the schedule.
- Leads operational reviews with transporters and ensures the implementation and progress of action plans.
- Communicates and disseminates monthly transport KPI performance.
- Ensure daily monitoring and updating of transport action plans.
- Participate in the update of transport procedures.
- Keep the transport emergency plan up to date.
- Monitor regulatory transport watch.
- Monitor driver feedback in a central file, communicate actions related to this feedback to the concerned parties and follow up on the related PAC.
- Analysis and evaluation of risks inherent in transport activities and development of the risk register.
- Keep the transport risk register up to date (population and update) and update critical transport tasks.
- Reporting of events via the Progress Card tool.
- Entry of transport accidents/incidents on the One Synergie tool.
- Participation in accident/incident investigations and ADCs.
- Share transport REX and awareness campaigns with transporters.
- Planning and conducting transport emergency exercises with transporters and intervening functions.
- (Lubricants, Bulk LPG, and Fuel activity).
- Monthly RMS calculation.
- Apply instructions relating to the operation of the product quality management system within the scope of activity.
Audits/inspections and unannounced checks:
- Preparation and participation in One Maestro audits.
- Manage transporter inspections according to a schedule approved by the company (ICT).
- Follow up on action plans resulting from inspections (ICT).
- Conduct unannounced checks on the road and at unloading sites.
Training:
- Ensure PATROM training for drivers.
- Manage the annual driver training plan according to SMT requirements & local regulations.
- Management of the driver and their authorizations database on the Track&Trace platform.
- Monitor driver evaluations by transporter driving instructors.
- Organize regular awareness sessions on safety-related topics to inform drivers of best practices to adopt.
HSEQ:
- Comply with HSEQ rules and current regulatory standards, particularly regarding road safety and the transport of dangerous goods.
- Promote a safety culture among drivers.
- Monitoring of incidents and accidents to draw lessons and improve safety practices.
- Participate in the drafting of Transport REX.
- Challenge drivers to provide feedback on incidents and near-misses to continuously improve HSE practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in logistics and/or HSEQ fields. Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools. Good knowledge of management and steering indicators. Good knowledge of Safety, Quality & Environment management systems. Listening and communication skills. Organization and rigor. Stress resistance. Good interpersonal skills, sensitivity to internal and external customers, adaptability.
