We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team in Sousse.

We are constantly looking for solutions to help business owners capitalize on their unsold stocks (end-of-series, short-dated products, cancelled orders) and become efficient. Thanks to all this, Veo consolidates its reputation based on commitment, transparency, solidarity, continuous improvement, and competence.

We wish to strengthen our Sousse team and recruit a Quality Analyst:

Main responsibilities:

1. Structuring & Capitalization of Know-how

• Identify main processes and risks (macro-processes, flows, interfaces).
• Co-write best practices with operational teams and store them in the GED, keeping versions up to date (documentary control).

2. Control and Monitoring of Best Practices Application

• Deploy an audit and control program: self-assessments, cross-controls, manager controls, audits.
• Analyze deviations/non-conformities, manage corrective & preventive actions.

3. Continuous Improvement & Collective Animation

• Animate multidisciplinary working groups to resolve irritants and secure activities.
• Train/support quality relays and proximity managers.
• Contribute to the content of internal training (onboarding, refresher courses) and communication (quality flash, feedback).

4. Tools & Data

• Administer the quality GED (approval workflows, distribution, archiving).
• Deploy dashboards & activity reports for Management and sites.

5. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure the update and respect of the governance framework (periodic risk review, audit plan).

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile : Bac+3/+5 Quality / Methods, 3-7 years of experience in multi-site operational QMS (industry, logistics, services). Mastery of quality methods (internal audits, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, PDCA), documentary control and GED. Relational ease, group animation, pedagogy, rigor and autonomy; proactive. Professional French and English (international environment)
