Job Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the "Population & Development" Program Officer, the intern will be responsible for:
● Supporting the execution of activities for the Population & Development program
● Assisting in the daily monitoring of the implementation of Annual Work Plans with partners
● Filing and updating statistical databases and documentation
● Contributing to the preparation of working documents (notes, presentations, progress reports, etc.)
● Preparing technical meetings and workshops with partners, and drafting summary notes and minutes
● Assisting the team in any other related task requested by the supervisor
Qualifications and Eligibility Required ● Academic Background: The candidate must meet one of the following conditions: be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (and have completed one full academic year), be enrolled in a graduate degree program, or have recently graduated with a university degree and begin the internship within one year of graduation.
● Field of Study: Management, economics, development studies, business administration, or any other relevant field.
● Languages: Demonstrate excellent command of French (written and spoken) and fluency in the official language of the host office (Arabic). Knowledge of English is an asset.
● Skills: Demonstrate a strong interest in the field of development and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Internship Conditions This internship is subject to UNFPA rules and policies governing internships:
● Stipend: The intern is eligible to receive a stipend to contribute to living expenses, calculated according to the grid applied locally in Tunisia, provided that he/she does not receive funding from another entity (university, government, etc.). The stipend is paid in local currency at the end of each month.
● Leave: The intern is entitled to 1.5 days of leave per month of continuous service (granted with the supervisor's approval) and may benefit from official United Nations system holidays.

الغرض من الوظيفة:
تحت الإشراف المباشر لمسؤول برنامج "السكان والتنمية"، سيكون المتدرب مسؤولاً عن:
● دعم تنفيذ أنشطة برنامج السكان والتنمية
● المساعدة في المتابعة اليومية لتنفيذ خطط العمل السنوية مع الشركاء
● أرشفة وتحديث قواعد البيانات الإحصائية والوثائق
● المساهمة في إعداد وثائق العمل (المذكرات، العروض التقديمية، تقارير الإنجاز، إلخ)
● إعداد الاجتماعات الفنية وورش العمل مع الشركاء، وصياغة المذكرات التلخيصية ومحاضر الاجتماعات
● مساعدة الفريق في أي مهمة أخرى ذات صلة يطلبها المشرف
المؤهلات وشروط الأهلية المطلوبة ● الخلفية الأكاديمية: يجب أن يستوفي المرشح أحد الشروط التالية: أن يكون مسجلاً في برنامج درجة البكالوريوس (وأتم سنة أكاديمية كاملة)، أو مسجلاً في برنامج دراسات العليا، أو متخرجاً حديثاً بدرجة جامعية ويبدأ التدريب خلال سنة واحدة من التخرج.
● مجال الدراسة: الإدارة، أو الاقتصاد، أو دراسات التنمية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
● اللغات: إظهار إتقان ممتاز للغة الفرنسية (كتابة وتحدثاً) والطلاقة في اللغة الرسمية للمكتب المضيف (العربية). وتعد معرفة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
● المهارات: إظهار اهتمام قوي بمجال التنمية والقدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

شروط التدريب يخضع هذا التدريب لقواعد وسياسات صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان التي تحكم التدريب العملي:
● المنحة الشهرية: يحق للمتدرب الحصول على منحة شهرية للمساهمة في مصاريف المعيشة، تحسب وفقاً للجدول المطبق محلياً في تونس، بشرط ألا يتلقى تمويلاً من جهة أخرى (جامعة، حكومة، إلخ). تُدفع المنحة بالعملة المحلية في نهاية كل شهر.
● الإجازات: يحق للمتدرب الحصول على 1.5 يوم إجازة عن كل شهر من الخدمة المستمرة (تُمنح بموافقة المشرف) وقد يستفيد من العطلات الرسمية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.
