We're looking for an all-rounder, exceptional, highly skilled & expert talent who really practically knows everything that's going on, in websites management including performing an excellent competitive analysis, content management, web design, and so on with many other operations.

We've multiple websites that need to be improved in all aspects of website management to be like and better than our competitors' websites and to move on to be an authority site(s) too in our industry, so we're not looking for just a web designer or a content writer, but we're looking for someone who has enough practical & long experience who can take over everything in terms of improving our websites completely, so someone who can do a great competitive analysis, assess the current situations for each of our websites, make a timely action plan and going ahead with implementing all that's needed to be done. We believe that a great fit for this position may be an entrepreneur who has an extensive experience already in the online business world that's based on running active websites and so on.  

As an expert Website Manager, you will be responsible for making & managing the needed marketing, design, development, and maintenance activities & operations of our companies' websites continuously, ensuring they effectively represent our brands online and support the organization's sales, marketing, and operational objectives. Also, this role requires a very special, strategic, and technical mindset to assess & optimize the websites' user experience, content, and functionality.

» Duties and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
1. Website Strategy and Planning:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive website strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Conducting market research, analyzing user behavior, and gathering stakeholder input to identify opportunities for website improvement and optimization.
- Developing and managing the website roadmap, prioritizing new features, enhancements, and maintenance tasks.
2. Website Design and Development:
- Making or Improving & managing the design and layout of the website, ensuring a visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive user experience.
- Ensuring the website adheres to best practices in terms of accessibility, search engine optimization (SEO), and web standards.
3. Content Management and Optimization:
- Developing and implementing a content strategy that supports the company's marketing and sales initiatives.
- Creating, curating, and publishing engaging, informative, and conversion-oriented content.
- Monitoring website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing content and user experience accordingly.
4. Website Maintenance and Security:
- Ensuring the website is continuously updated, secured, and optimized for performance and stability.
- Developing and implementing website backups and disaster recovery procedures to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
