Requirements:
The ideal german customer service expert should be:
- act as a liaison between the german market and the company
- provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that the customer might face with accuracy and efficiency
- ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy
- be able to liaise with the team leader to resolve any customer technical issues
- solidify, maintain and sustain customer relations through customer service and technical support
- fluent in German, among with excellent oral and written skills in English
- genuinely excited to help customers
- patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
- able to put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary
- problem-solving oriented
- able to type quickly and without mistakes
