• Job Title: Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, managing site teams, and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project managers and architects to interpret project requirements.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure project materials are of the required quality.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and reports.
• Resolve technical issues and challenges during construction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements.
• Direct and oversee day-to-day on-site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Supervise and lead site teams, providing guidance and support for efficient project execution.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of concrete work and finishing to guarantee the highest quality of construction.
• Implement best practices in concrete and finishing techniques to meet project specifications.
• Oversee the installation of MEP systems, ensuring seamless integration into the overall project.
• Utilize quantity surveying skills to estimate project costs, manage budgets effectively, and track resource allocations.
• Participate in contract management activities, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to address contractual matters.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing site teams, concrete work, and finishing.
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Experience in MEP system installation is a significant advantage.
• Strong quantity surveying skills.
• Knowledge of contract management processes.
