Role Summary:
The Learning Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of new educational programs and enhancements to existing courses. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all educational initiatives align with the organization’s strategic goals and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans for new course development and content improvement initiatives following the ADDIE method (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate)
- Coordinate with school owners, technical writers, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the project team, providing clear direction, support, and motivation. Facilitate regular team meetings, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Curriculum Development:
- Oversee the design and development of new curricula and programs.
- Ensure all existing courses have detailed session plans with versions for advanced and struggling students.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing educational programs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and instructors to continuously improve course content and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure successful program launches and achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within an educational or training context.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
