HO Maintenance Management Tunisia - TUN00001M Your tasks:
- Manages and supervises the Maintenance Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Maintenance Management
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Maintenance Management
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Functional accountability for Maintenance Management on plant level
- Ensures a standardized approach and implementation of LTPM, maintenance process and system within the plant including implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment within the plant
- Ensures installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and crimping tools
- Ensures monitoring, analysis and improvement of process performance and supports the inventory reduction of spare and wear parts

Your skills:

· Education Level : University Degree
· Experience:
- Min 5 years in a relevant field
- Min 3-5 years in Leadership
· Language: English is mandatory
