What you will be doing:


We are looking for a Systems Operations Analyst I to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.


You must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively.


Your role is to ensure that backend systems and processes are running properly, as well as providing an excellent service to our clients.


Our goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.


  • Serving as a point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over multiple communication mediums.


  • Installing and upgrading our Charlotte application with new releases and patches for Clients.


  • Providing remote support and troubleshooting, through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.


  • Setting up client DR Testing environments.


  • Following standard operating procedures i.e.  escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and external partners.


  • Be part of a global operational team that provide coverage around the clock.


 What you bring:


  • Proven work experience in a prior customer support role.


  • Good understanding of computer systems, especially Windows Server Administration.


  • Excellent English communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.


  • Commitment to continuous improvement – working creatively to improve working practices.

  • Programming/scripting skills


  • Understanding the fundamentals of IT networks and systems
