C/C++/Delphi Programmer Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced C/C++/Delphi Programmer to join our L3 support team at VERMEG. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for addressing complex technical issues and ensuring the stability and performance of our banking and insurance software solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Investigation and Resolution: Perform in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of software issues reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Development: Design, code, and implement software solutions and enhancements to address client needs and improve product functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client support teams across various regions to understand client requirements and provide expert technical guidance.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of investigation processes, solutions, and software modifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a C/C++/Delphi Programmer with a strong background in software development and support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages. Experience with debugging and performance tuning. Delphi knowledge is a major asset.
