Gruner Tunisia is a production plant, located in El Fajja – Mornaguia, with 3600 m² of production area with more than 300 employees, working in a fully integrated way with assembly lines, molding, cable assembly, tool shop and machinery area. We are looking for a:

Maintenance Technician

About the job:   

·       Expertise:  As an active and self-responsible member of our agile plant, you support the Agile production team on these tasks :

- Install and control production equipment,

- Maintain, adjust, clean and repair production machines,

- Check the machines regularly to ensure that they are functioning properly,

- Prevent possible incidents and intervene in the event of a breakdown,

- Participate in the improvement of maintenance procedures,

- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance

- Participate within the team in the planning and monitoring of manufacturing orders

- Support the team in analyzing non-conformities

- Participate in daily meetings by providing feedback and suggestions

- Apply occupational health and safety and environmental instructions in the production area 

About you:  

·       Highly required Technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.).

·       Mastery of office and IT tools.

·       Preferably Knowledge of SAP.

·       At least one year of experience as a maintenance or Production technician.

·       You are results-oriented, assertive, communicative and a team player. A high level of flexibility and awareness is a matter of course for you.

·       English as an added advantage

·       Ability to work 3 shifts is required
