Consulting Talent Acquisition Officer [F/M/X]

Amaris Consulting is seeking a skilled and motivated Consulting Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team in Tunisia.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, working closely with business team to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.


Main Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Talent Acquisition Officer, you will:

  • Work closely with Amaris business team to recruit and select top talent for our clients.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining requirements to integrating candidates.
  • Prepare and present a shortlist of candidates to the business team.
  • Participate in meetings with consultants to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and strategies.
  • Create a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
  • Utilize various channels to actively source qualified candidates and develop and maintain a talent pool to anticipate future needs.
  • Track and analyze recruitment performance indicators and present regular reports to clients and management.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous internships or project work related to recruitment or HR can be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in both French and English is essential.
  • Excellent skills in sourcing and candidate selection.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and job market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
