Graphic Designer

Our client is a dynamic direct-to-consumer marketing agency specializing in fashion, beauty, wellness, home, and CPG brands. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their creative team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a Junior to Mid-Level designer looking to grow their design skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of Design, copywriters, marketing strategists, and brand managers to create visually compelling assets for email, web, and paid social media campaigns.

Location:

Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design for Marketing Campaigns: Create visually compelling, on-brand assets for email marketing campaigns, website custom graphics, and paid social media ads across various DTC brands.
  • Collaborative Design: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive, creative executions that align with the brand's vision and marketing goals.
  • Adhere to Brand Guidelines: Ensure designs follow brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to generate customer engagement and interest.
  • Digital Asset Creation: Assist in the creation of digital banners and other web-related assets, ensuring they are optimized for different platforms and channels.
  • Revision and Feedback: Revise designs based on feedback from the Head of Design and internal stakeholders, maintaining a flexible and open mindset.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the creative team.

  • High-Quality Design Assets: Creation of visually compelling, brand-consistent assets that enhance email, web, and social media campaigns and drive engagement.
  • Collaborative Execution: Seamless collaboration with copywriters, marketers, and brand managers to produce cohesive and effective creative solutions.
  • Timely Project Delivery: Efficient management of multiple design projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative Innovation: Regular introduction of fresh, on-trend design ideas that push the creative boundaries and resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, either at an agency or in-house for fashion, beauty, and/or wellness DTC brands.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with proficiency in designing for paid social and email marketing campaigns.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate design concepts and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to grow design skills and push creative boundaries.
  • Mindset: Strong growth mindset with a willingness to take initiative and work independently while delivering exceptional results.
