About this role:
The Client Engagement and Delivery team is at the forefront of client relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the company and its customers. The department focuses on providing expert-level support, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of new functionalities and solutions. This team works cross-functionally with product development, support, and business teams to resolve issues, manage client expectations, and contribute to strategic business improvements. The department also oversees the smooth rollout of updates, upgrades, and new features for customers while ensuring excellent customer service.
What you will do:
- Lead Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and new functionality releases.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (product, support, development) to resolve client issues, optimize workflows, and manage escalations effectively.
- Business Process Optimization: Analyze and provide strategic insights to improve client operations and streamline processes for optimal results.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, updating client-specific resources, and contributing to the development of department documentation and training materials.
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, responding promptly and efficiently to customer issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Expertise Development: Gain a deep understanding of the company's software offerings, workflows, and client-specific requirements, becoming a product expert over time.
- Project Coordination: Manage internal and client-facing work efforts, ensuring clear communication and efficient task completion, while escalating issues when necessary.
- Release Management: Assist clients during scheduled and ad hoc releases of new functionality and system maintenance, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication of updates.
- Resource Maintenance: Help maintain department resources such as capacity, confluence documentation, client-specific resources, and internal training materials to ensure up-to-date knowledge sharing across teams.
About you:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving and Analytical thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Client Management: Ability to manage client relationships, provide guidance, and deliver solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Collaboration: Proven experience working within cross-functional teams and managing internal and external expectations.
- Project Coordination: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Adaptability: A flexible and proactive approach to dealing with changing priorities and client needs.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in company software, workflows, and business processes.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain thorough documentation and accurately manage client resources.
