Our modular spend management suite includes market-leading solutions for strategic sourcing, contract management, procurement, accounts payable automation, and payments.

We are searching for a highly driven, positive minded Support Specialist to guide and help our customers in the entire product suite.

Responsibilities

Supporting Medius AP Automation’s product suite, delivering a unified user experience across the complete workflow - from receiving an invoice to making the payment. Medius supports every step of the process:

  • Handling support tickets
  • Assist customers with issues around payments, supply payment reports, etc.
  • Resolving technical issues with our applications and gathering relevant information (from emails, logs, databases, etc.)
  • Recreating customer issues and, if needed, documenting solutions to known/common issues
  • Collaborating with R&D, QA and ERP departments
  • Participating in internal projects as needed

Our Requirements

  • SQL, web service, and XML knowledge is preferred.
  • General understanding of ERP and financial systems, such as Dynamics AX, NAV, 365 BC, F&O, JDE, etc.
  • Knowledge of general ledgers, bank reconciliation, and payment terms.
  • Previous Accounts Payable or software/SaaS support work experience
  • Familiar with or general understanding of business workflows (approvals, routings, limits, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented individual who takes pride in fulfilling your work commitments.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in english is mandatory as you will be supporting english speaking clients only
