Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer to spearhead our recruitment and staffing initiatives. Your expertise will be pivotal in building a high-performing team capable of propelling our project to new heights with exceptional speed and efficiency.


Job Responsibilities

  • Hiring Campaigns: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate evaluations to ensure the best fit for roles.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all HR processes and employee data.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and manage employment contracts and related legal requirements.
  • Onboarding & Training: Facilitate seamless onboarding and provide tailored training programs for new hires.
  • Culture & Team Building: Foster a positive work environment and organize initiatives to enhance team cohesion.


Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience or a senior management role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to autonomously develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Personal Attributes: Visionary mindset with a passion for building and leading high-performing teams.
