We are looking for a Growth Marketer!
Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid campaign strategies on Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.


• Manage end-to-end campaign creation, including audience segmentation, targeting, and ad creative optimization.


• Analyze and report on key performance metrics such as CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and conversion rates, providing actionable insights


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product) to align campaigns with business objectives, brand, and new customer journeys.


• Identify new growth channels and opportunities outside of Meta and Google to diversify the marketing mix and enhance overall performance.


• Monitor and optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience refinements to increase lead quality and CVR.

Who You Are

• Fluent in English and French – you can craft compelling copy in both languages.


• Strong experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, and more).


• SEO & analytics-savvy – you understand how to track performance and optimize accordingly.


• Creative & data-driven – you balance strategy with execution.
