The position consists of carrying out the following tasks:





Sales aspect
- Call prospects who have requested a quote on our website to understand their needs
- Handle incoming phone calls from prospects and clients
- Follow up on quote requests (information about the activity, follow-up with prospects, etc.).
- Add comments on our Back-Office platform after the prospect's phone call





Administrative aspect
- Write various letters and emails,
- Monitor course bookings between teachers and students
- Send invoices to clients and track payments
- Manage accounting (justify bank transactions: debit: credit)
- Declare social security contributions and issue pay slips for our staff
- Participate in teacher recruitment (search for applications on various websites, post job offers, and select CVs).
- Conduct Skype interviews with candidates (future teachers)




Required profile :

- You have a background in science, business, or economics-management and you have perfect command of French, both written and spoken.
- You are a reactive, rigorous, and organized person.
- You have a customer-oriented mindset, you enjoy teamwork, and you are open-minded.
- Good communication skills over the phone in French are mandatory
- Good internet navigation skills and proficiency in Gmail and Excel are mandatory
