Job :

  • Propose and implement the operational HR strategy in line with the group's HR strategy and the company's overall strategy.

  • Ensure compliance with labor law and collective agreements.

  • Lead and develop HR teams and ensure a positive social climate within the company.

  • Monitor HR and social indicators and ensure the reliability of HR and social data.

  • Determine the HR function's budget and oversee its implementation and optimization.

  • Manage various HR processes: recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and career management, internal mobility management, staff administration, HR management, etc.

  • Lead specific HR projects: organizational transformation, internal mobility, staff events, and manage these projects with the relevant service providers.

  • Lead internal communication using innovative tools to share information and news in human resources management.

  • Lead and promote the effective and complete use of HR information systems: time tracking software, HR portal, HRIS, etc.

  • Be the guarantor of internal equity within the company and implement practices to promote the company culture, employer brand, and company values.

  • Provide HR advice to division directors (disciplinary procedures, leave balance management, team workload and performance, etc.).

  • Organize specific training sessions on team management and benevolent management.

  • Centralize all HR Management performance tracking reports and consolidate information.

  • Submit the overall HR management performance tracking report monthly to the Administrative and Financial Director.

  • Lead the negotiation and management of contracts with suppliers and service providers working with the HR department.

  • Consult experts on new topics to ensure the application of best practices in human capital management.

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with auditors.

  • Manage the relationship with local authorities.

  • Assess risks related to the HR department and develop appropriate risk mitigation plans.

  • Ensure compliance with group internal audit recommendations.

  • Actively and constructively participate in management committees and other committees defined for good performance management.

  • Continuously ensure compliance with the labor code and the company's internal regulations (adherence to schedules, dress code, respect and protection of the work environment, etc.).

  • Stay informed about all legal obligations related to staff administration and legal obligations in the company's social environment.

  • Control and supervise the preparation of all regulatory documents related to personnel management (employment contracts, amendments, final settlements, affiliations to funds, etc.).

  • Implement mechanisms for controlling and monitoring the updating of each employee's administrative files. Promote a security management culture within their department based on the group's policy.

  • Define and implement mechanisms to maintain dialogue with employees and the Works Council.

  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize information and data related to the social climate.

  • Participate in identifying recruitment needs, selecting candidates, and defining HR team integration plans.

  • Ensure a good level of supervision of resources under your responsibility.

  • Actively participate in defining the skill development needs of your collaborators and encourage them to participate in training sessions by ensuring good planning.

  • Provide coaching and support to collaborators from integration to career management.

  • Ensure good resource planning to optimize workload, engagement, and motivation of HR department human resources.

  • Actively participate in change management initiatives.

  • Adopt benevolent management to promote a motivating, engaging, and healthy team work environment.

  • Understand your teams' motivation drivers to meet their expectations.

  • Some travel is expected on a weekly basis.


Required profile :

  • Master's degree (BAC +4/5) in social sciences with a specialization in human resources management.

  • Additional training in labor law.

  • Experience:

  • At least 8 years of total experience in human capital management in the industrial sector.

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Director position.

  • Proven experience in managing relations with unions.

  • In-depth knowledge of principles and best practices in human capital and talent management.

  • Mastery of all aspects related to labor law.

  • In-depth knowledge of procedures, regulations, and standards in the industrial sector, such as collective agreements, safety standards, personnel transport requirements, health and environmental requirements.

  • Perfect knowledge of stakeholders and parties involved in the HR management ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of topics related to Corporate Social Responsibility.

  • Knowledge of techniques and practices for promoting well-being at work.

  • Perfect command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word tools.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS such as Sage and time tracking and time management software.

  • Mastery of reporting standards and operational dashboard development.

  • Perfect command of written and spoken Arabic and French.

  • Highly developed leadership skills.

  • Mastery of written and oral communication techniques.

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
