The Position
Roche Tunisia and Libya is seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Healthcare System Shaping Enabler for a critical leadership position to spearhead our efforts in policy strategy, government relations and market access.
The role:
Stakeholders relationship management (national & local authorities, reimbursement authorities, patient organizations, industry associations ), other healthcare professionals, and consultants.
Maintaining and shaping our Reputation / Government Relations / Business Development / Public Affairs / Healthcare policy shaping / Strategic Communications with the partners.
Leading and coaching the Healthcare System Shaping Chapter
Leading development and execution of policy strategies, public relations engagement, communication, market access policies and strategies, reimbursement negotiations, submissions, associated plans and tactics for all new and existing products.
Work on Healthcare policy shaping in accordance with Company interests.
Leads and drives ongoing development and improvement of government relations, policy and market access processes and practices.
Responsible for incorporation of agile culture and digital methodologies (incl. digital projects and tools) in daily practices.
Who you are:
Experience working in an international, multi-cultural environment
5 to 10 years experience in Market Access
Creative leadership profile, mastering VACC model
Strategic and system thinking skills and proven track record of developing and delivering business strategies with an entrepreneurial mindset
Solid experience of leading change, negotiating and managing conflict
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building, leading and coaching teams, and an ability to communicate complex topics simply and articulately to various audiences
Broad business acumen of the healthcare market:
A solid understanding of the industry’s complex regulatory and market access requirements, coupled with an absolute commitment to competing on the highest ethical level are essential
Strong legal, organizational, communication, and networking skills, along with excellent relationships with policy makers and governmental responsibles
Demonstrated success in creating and executing initiatives that resulted in significant, measurable business outcomes.
Proven ability to integrate the work in the context of wider strategic frameworks and in the context of a fast-moving and agile environment
Fluent in French and English
