Job Description
- Manages and supervises the Value Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Value Chain Management
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Value Chain Management
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Functional accountability for Value Chain Management on country level
- Deploys the LEONI Value Chain strategy within the country
- Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans for corrections
- Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF, ISO14001, etc.
- Coaches the Country Value Chain Management team including the Production Facilities regarding defined standards and best-practices
- Represents function within organization
Qualifications and Experience
- Education Level : University Degree
- Experience : 10 to 15 years in the Value Chain Management
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
- Experience in a multinational company
- Project management experience
- Industry: Automotive or its suppliers
- Strategic mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 Level)
