We are seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Front Office Manager to join our hospitality team in Algeria.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in coordinating daily front desk activities to ensure efficient operations and a warm, professional guest experience.
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, handling requests and queries with courtesy and accuracy.
- Support reservation management, room assignments, and rate integrity while maximizing occupancy and revenue opportunities.
- Monitor lobby flow, manage queue times, and provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel facilities.
- Respond to guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a timely and solutions-focused manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including handling guest records, reporting, and daily cash handling under supervision.
- Support the Front Office Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring to maintain service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hotel policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (or pursuing) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Current internship position or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in front office operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French) are a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
