You will be responsible for driving sales and business growth across Algeria and Tunisia by building strong relationships with dental professionals, institutions, and distributors. The role combines customer engagement, territory management, and product expertise to achieve sales targets and support strategic business objectives.

Description
Develop and execute a territory business plan to maximize opportunities and meet sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinicians, dealers, dental schools, and institutions.Serve as the product expert and provide presentations, training, and support to customers.Collaborate with marketing and clinical education teams to deliver impactful campaigns and KOL events.Report on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.Maintain and update CRM systems and ensure accurate reporting of customer interactions.Support onboarding and coaching of new sales colleagues.Professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints according to company procedures.Comply with corporate governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.


Profile

A successful Territory Sales Manager should have:
Proven sales experience in dental, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sectors.Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently across multiple territories.Willing to travel regularly and hold a valid local driving license.Holds a relevant degree (MBA, Doctorate, or Business degree preferred).
