As part of our IT department expansion, Veo Worldwide Services is seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to lead high-value application projects in an international and multicultural environment. As a key project leader, you will coordinate all stakeholders and ensure the success of development and enhancement projects for critical business applications.
Your main tasks
- IT project management
- Managing multiple application development or improvement projects simultaneously.
- Define the schedules, priorities, resources and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality objectives and SLAs.
- Identify, anticipate and manage project-related risks.
- Team coordination
- Leading multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure smooth communication between the technical and operational teams.
- Promote collaboration and support the resolution of operational problems.
- Reporting & Governance
- Monitor projects using management tools such as Jira, Tempo or equivalents.
- Produce progress reports, KPIs, budgets, risks and action plans.
- To actively participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Technical environment
The projects include, in particular:
- CRM (Selligent)
- SAP Business Intelligence (Cognos, Talend, SunOpsys)
- Oracle, MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases
- Agile Waterfall / V-cycle methodologies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Engineering degree, Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management.
- At least 2 years of significant experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects.
- Experience in an international environment is highly valued.
- Technical skills
- Mastery of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience with Jira, Atlassian, Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Good understanding of application environments and software development projects.
- Knowledge of IT processes and best practices in project management.
- LANGUAGES
- French: minimum level B2.
- English: minimum level B2.
