Job description: Senior Software Project Manager (IT Project Manager) Tunis / Sousse

As part of our IT department expansion, Veo Worldwide Services is seeking an experienced Senior Software Project Manager to lead high-value application projects in an international and multicultural environment. As a key project leader, you will coordinate all stakeholders and ensure the success of development and enhancement projects for critical business applications.

Your main tasks

• IT project management
  • Managing multiple application development or improvement projects simultaneously.
  • Define the schedules, priorities, resources and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality objectives and SLAs.
  • Identify, anticipate and manage project-related risks.
• Team coordination
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure smooth communication between the technical and operational teams.
  • Promote collaboration and support the resolution of operational problems.
• Reporting & Governance
  • Monitor projects using management tools such as Jira, Tempo or equivalents.
  • Produce progress reports, KPIs, budgets, risks and action plans.
  • To actively participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Technical environment

The projects include, in particular:

• CRM (Selligent)
• SAP Business Intelligence (Cognos, Talend, SunOpsys)
• Oracle, MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases
• Agile Waterfall / V-cycle methodologies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Engineering degree, Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management.
  • At least 2 years of significant experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT projects.
  • Experience in an international environment is highly valued.
• Technical skills
  • Mastery of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven experience with Jira, Atlassian, Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of application environments and software development projects.
  • Knowledge of IT processes and best practices in project management.
• LANGUAGES
  • French: minimum level B2.
  • English: minimum level B2.
