Roles & Responsibilities

Participate in risk analysis and classify the criticality of industrialization. Carry out the analysis of product manufacturability and inspectability. Formalize the preliminary production scheme (development and series). Identify preliminary industrialization needs and requirements, and initiate the industrial validation file (DVI). Contribute to the development of the industrialization planning. Lead or actively participate in the process FMEA. Design the manufacturing and series assembly process. Formalize the production scheme. Identify key process characteristics. Define acceptance test procedures. Validate production Bills of Materials. Draft specifications for manufacturing, assembly, and inspection tooling. Draft specifications for series test benches. Validate product packaging and preservation specifications. Contribute to the production preparation plan. Implement necessary actions to mitigate identified risks. Establish the list of product, process, and/or equipment evolution requests. Ensure the analysis of the measurement system. Participate in the evaluation of the series production preparation status. Validate product packaging and preservation specifications. Participate in the realization of the production preparation plan. Carry out the planned actions for risk mitigation. Perform pre-capability analyses and define objectives and samples for capability studies. Participate in the process FMEA review. Contribute to the action plan to resolve non-conformities identified during First Article Inspections (FAI). Formalize the initial surveillance plan, in conjunction with Development Quality. Analyze the causes of insufficient operational performance and implement an improvement plan. Participate in the review of the control plan and process FMEA. Capitalize and share lessons learned from the industrialization project. Participate in the closure of the industrialization project. Participate in project progress monitoring routines with the industrialization team (Visual Planning, OBEYA). Contribute to technical analyses and expertise in case of product or process issues. Actively participate in technological watch related to their area of activity.
