Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Defining hardware and software upgrade needs in line with future company requirements; managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure (technical and administrative); configuring workstations (hardware and software); managing user accounts; managing email; participating in the security of information system components, including data backup; maintaining the network in operational condition; troubleshooting, preventing, and repairing network components; presenting the environment and facilitating user adoption; resolving IT-related issues related to workstation use; and providing technical support to users in case of technical difficulties, breakdowns, or misuse of any IT equipment. Ensure the availability and proper functioning of the company's telecom resources (voice, data and images) and guarantee continuity of service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in computer science (Bac+ 3), with five years or more of experience, specializing in the field of networks and telecommunications.
