Job Description
Analyze needs before order placement and intervene with relevant parties in case of discrepancies in delivery times or quantities.
Issue requirements according to a defined frequency.
Manage order processing and placement while respecting the stock policy.
Ensure you have and record order acknowledgments.
Track order lines after they are placed with suppliers and intervene if necessary to ensure that the requested delivery times and quantities are met.
Update the ERP system according to the progress of current order lines and ensure adequate material coverage.
Record order line receipt dates at the storage platform in the ERP system according to the current workflow.
Ensure receipt and invoicing of ordered lines.
Report any delays or failure to meet commitments from suppliers.
Process action messages by optimizing... Manage stocks, analyze excess quantities without need and implement necessary actions.
Participate in crisis management with suppliers.
Respect environmental guidelines and procedures related to your activities.
In case of an environmental incident (water leak, spill, non-compliance with waste sorting, fire, etc.), alert the line manager/E&S Correspondent.
Contribute to the improvement of the environmental management system through proposals and suggestions.
