We are looking for a Director to lead and accelerate the ramp-up of the site. You will take full responsibility for the entity with major challenges in industrial ramp-up, organizational structuring, and skills development. In conjunction with the Director of our French industrial site, you will have overall responsibility for the site and its industrial performance. As such, you will:

Define and deploy the site's industrial and operational strategy.

Guarantee the achievement of performance and quality objectives.

Structure the organization to support growth.

Develop team skills and engagement.

Main Missions

Economic and Financial Management

• Build the budget and manage monthly forecasts.
• Analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize costs (OPEX / CAPEX).
• Ensure the sustainable profitability of the site.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure SQCD performance and operational reliability.
• Manage key indicators (TRS, OEE, FPY, efficiency).
• Oversee ramp-ups, industrial transfers, and investments.
• Address all SCM-related issues.
• Deploy a culture of continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen).

Management and Organization

• Supervise and lead the local management team.
• Deploy a human production organization consistent with growth and LACROIX standards.
• Develop skills and support the site's maturation.
• Ensure a balanced and constructive social climate.

Customer Relations and Environment

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage sensitive situations and contractual issues.
• Interact with central functions and international partners.
• Represent the site to key stakeholders.

Its Electronics activity supports clients in critical sectors, combining technological expertise, industrial excellence, and high standards in quality, performance, and innovation. The Mghira site, on the outskirts of Tunis, is an extension of our French site. This industrial unit specializes in the manufacturing of electronic sub-assemblies for the avionics sector. With strong growth dynamics, the site currently employs around sixty employees, with significant prospects that will be accompanied by a strengthening of operational and support functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Significant experience (minimum 15 years) in an industrial environment, ideally electronics/avionics.
• Including a minimum of 5 years in site management or piloting a complete operational unit.
• Expertise in production, supply chain, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent professional English.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Assets: Knowledge of avionics regulatory constraints, experience in industrial ramp-up or site transformation.
• Expected Leadership: Assertive leadership and ability to mobilize, clear and structured decision-making, resilience and results orientation, excellent communication and synthesis skills, sense of responsibility, ethics, and exemplary conduct.
