Activities: Conduct studies, design, 3D modeling, and drafting of mechanical/automated systems according to client requests, in compliance with specifications and applicable standards. Technically review and/or approve deliverables (3D models, technical drawings, design reports, quality documents). Write specifications, technical manuals, and prepare documentation. Under the supervision of the line manager, manage assigned projects with local and/or international teams. Monitor and validate daily progress, adhering to the schedule established with the line manager. Ensure effective communication with clients, colleagues, and the line manager. Guarantee client satisfaction in terms of quality and deadlines. Ensure proper reporting to the line manager and the design coordinator. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve methodologies and work tools. Implement procedures and technical documentation (work instructions, feedback reports). Comply with site HSE guidelines. Context and Environment: Continuous interaction with SHD and team colleagues to converge on the best technical solutions. Project-based work / Milestones, deliverables, validation, design cycles, deadlines / Multidisciplinary approach, culture of innovation. Purpose: To ensure the smooth execution of projects under their responsibility to guarantee the achievement of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives, in liaison with the client and in coordination with the line manager. To ensure the implementation of Hutchinson products and the design of mechanical systems in accordance with applicable specifications and standards, and in liaison with Hutchinson Group employees and the local team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Academic Level: Master's degree (BAC + 5): Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Professional Experience: Required depending on the needs. Technical Skills: Advanced mechanical design / Theoretical and practical knowledge of mechanics. Proficiency in design tools: CATIA (3D, GSD), SolidWorks. Languages: French, English. Soft Skills: Autonomy, attention to detail, sense of responsibility and commitment. Rigor, organizational skills, excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
