Make justified technological choices adapted to the industrial context and product requirements (materials, process). Ensure the realization of its work according to current processes (2D review, 3D review, ...). Elaborate the supporting documents for its deliverables according to current processes. Take into account "design to cost", "design to manufacturing" and ergonomics constraints in its designs. Lead and actively participate in Product and Process FMEAs. Ensure and communicate the status of the work for which it is responsible and alert in case of deviation. Ensure the achievement of its objectives and report any deviation. Be responsible for compliance with the quality, cost, and deadline objectives of its deliverables. Ensure the proper integration of definition files on the PLM. Provide technical assistance if needed and share its knowledge with the entire team. Contribute to the improvement of training modules related to its profession and the transmission of knowledge within the R&D department through capitalization and participation in the development of the training school. Know and respect the internal standards and procedures applicable to its field of activity. Ensure technological and regulatory watch. Participate in the company's continuous improvement process. Ensure replacement of an R&D department member.
