Within the Human Resources team, you will be the primary contact for operational staff, in charge of HR and employees within your scope. You will be involved in the following missions: Coordination in recruitment and management of the integration (administrative and operational) of new employees within your scope; Supporting managers in resolving their HR issues (recruitment, annual evaluation process, disciplinary matters, training activities, performance management, career management); Managing the annual employee evaluation process and career monitoring; Supporting Talent by implementing the actions necessary for their retention and engagement: internal and international mobility, training, coaching, etc. Daily monitoring of employee well-being: being available to answer their questions, communicating procedures and best practices; Managing employee interviews: end of probationary period, follow-up interviews, listening and guidance sessions, etc.; Ensuring compliance of practices with applicable HR rules within the company; Advising and supporting operational management on HR matters, relying, when necessary, on the HR Director, ensuring prior analysis and documentation of requests; Organizing social monitoring within their scope (regular contact with employees individually and according to their expressed needs or requests); Identifying team development needs; Designing and participating in various HR projects; Supporting change management

Desired Candidate Profile

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences. You have a proven track record of at least two years in HR or a similar role, or in change management with an impact on human resources. You possess strong emotional intelligence. You are business-oriented and results-driven. Proactive, you readily make suggestions and take initiative. You are multitasking and have excellent prioritization skills. You are proficient in recruitment techniques and have experience in the operational application of employment law.

They possess strong communication skills, both oral and written.
