Job Description
Ensure product compliance with customer requirements. Act as the quality interface with customers and authorities, fostering lasting trust. Gather and translate customer voice into operational quality requirements, negotiate their application, and ensure follow-up. Manage and provide close coaching to the industrial quality team. Support the deployment of the APQP approach. Drive the quality performance of industrialization deliverables and ensure APQP approach follow-up. Ensure validation of FAI/DVI product files. Participate in the continuous improvement of the entity.
