We are currently looking for an Order Entry Auditor to ensure that all requirements are met before orders reach our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs, identifying mistakes or non-compliance issues. As an Order Entry Auditor, you will have a highly analytical mind with strong focus on attention to details. Primary responsibilities Understand and apply QA standards and methodologies throughout the order entry process. Perform thorough audits following defined protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Identify deviations or shortfalls during the pre-production phase. Verify that order meets customer requirements and that product details are free of discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups. Escalate urgent matters to supervisors/managers for timely resolution. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and charts summarizing QA performance. Investigate quality issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in QA practices. Ensure QA procedures and SOPs are regularly updated and in line with process changes. Share weekly and monthly findings with relevant departments and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Order Entry, Graphics, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Discuss QA issues and solutions with supervisors when needed. Create and update training materials and guidelines to maintain quality standards. Develop and implement procedures to manage and improve QA processes. Support the team in achieving departmental objectives and goals. Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language (e.g., Spanish, Italian, German) is an advantage.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with various stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a Quality Control or Inspection role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for documentation, analysis, and reporting purposes.
