Assists in developing country and internal laboratory work instructions. Registers new equipment. Monitors calibration frequencies. Periodically checks the equipment condition. Executes calibration internally and coordinates with external service providers. Executes maintenance needs for the lab equipment internally or by using external service provider or equipment supplier. Supports Laboratory related reporting. Ensures compliance to lab KPIs. Verifies calibration documents provided by external company and check them for approval and requalification. Performs laboratory tests. Evaluates results according to customer specifications and LEONI standards. Informs superiors and relevant teams (quality and production) in case of negative results. Evaluates requalification tests of production equipment. Optimizes all the calibration activities to lowest possible costs. Identifies possible affected material in case of defect Measuring or Test-Equipment.
